Action A0 - Project management and EC communication

The aim of this group of actions is the management of the proposed project through establishing a steering committee, giving the start to the different actions, controlling that deadlines and scheduling of the actions are respected, receiving all the reports and other products from the working groups, preparing short reports on the actions and sub-activities and results for communication to the EC. The steering committee also has the task of deciding the actions to be undertaken in case of unforeseen events. The duration of this group of actions covers the entire development of the project.

The Steering Committee (ST) was established during the Kickoff meeting and it is composed by the following people:
